Is there any discount if I buy in bulk?
Yes. Please email us the design and quantity you would like to order, and our team will provide you with a quotation for bulk orders.

If I don't want to design on my own, can you help me design?
Absolutely! We can send you several templates to choose from. We'll highlight the areas where you can add your own photos and messages for your loved one. If you would like to modify the design, an additional service fee may apply.

What formats of design and sound do you accept?
For design, we accept AI, PSD, JPEG, or PNG formats.  

For sound, we accept WAV, FLAC, APE, MP3, WMA, M4A, AIFF, AAC, and MP4 formats.  Please note that the total duration of all sound tracks combined cannot exceed 80 minutes.  

Additionally, we offer an extra feature for adding a Video QR code. You can send us your video in MOV or MP4 format. We will place the QR code on the back page of the cover [Album back Cover], allowing you to scan the code and watch the video online. This keeps your memories digital and accessible, so you can enjoy them anytime and anywhere with your loved ones.

What is the procedure for ordering? 
Step 1  
After payment is received, you can send us your design files. Please label each design file with titles such as [Album font cover], [Album back cover], [CD Content Page 1], [CD Content Page 2], [Disc], etc.          

Step 2  
The music files should also be sent with a title and order number. We will save the music according to the numbering you provide in the file. If your design includes content related to the music, we will follow your instructions accordingly.          

Step 3  
We will then send you a mock-up photo of your design. You are allowed to make two free revisions before we ship the order. If you would like to change the design after these two revisions, a service charge will apply. Once the order is shipped, we do not accept design changes. 

Am I illegally using a song? What about copyright?
Using copyrighted songs without permission may infringe on copyright laws. However, we offer several copyright-free background music options. Alternatively, consider sending us personal videos or original music for a unique and copyright-compliant CD. You can also create your song using online AI tools, and we’re happy to assist with this process.
